These pieces are made from fine silver (99.9% silver) and as such is less likely to tarnish than sterling silver (92.5% silver 7.5% copper – used to add strength to the silver but it is this copper that reacts to sulphur in the air to cause a black tarnish)

If the piece needs cleaning simply use dishwashing liquid and warm water and a soft toothbrush to clean gently. Please remember that it is softer than sterling silver so more detailed elements are likely to bend. Ideally you should store your silver items in an air-lock bag or container.
